About the XPA 93X Print and Apply System
The XPA 93x from NOVEXX Solutions is a complete print and apply system. It prints a label by thermal transfer or direct thermal at 300 dpi and applies it to a product, carton or pallet in one step. It comes in three print widths: XPA 934 (106 mm), XPA 935 (127 mm) and XPA 936 (160 mm). It suits packaging, logistics and dispatch lines that need labels with variable data printed in real time.
NOVEXX describes it as the most compact print and apply system on the market. It can be mounted in any position, comes in left-hand and right-hand versions and allows 100% tool-free maintenance. A web interface lets staff set up, monitor and troubleshoot it from a PC, tablet, phone or industrial panel PC. The ALX 73X on our site is the NOVEXX system for the highest line speeds.

Ask Us a QuestionWhat is the difference between the XPA 934, 935 and 936?
Print width and speed. The XPA 934 prints up to 106 mm wide at up to 300 mm/s. The XPA 935 and 936 print up to 127 mm and 160 mm wide at up to 250 mm/s and take labels up to 185 mm wide.
Which applicators can be used with the XPA 93x?
NOVEXX offers linear, blow-on, corner edge, swing, pallet and airless applicators, so labels can be applied to smooth, rough or sensitive surfaces, to moving or stationary products and around corner edges.
How does the XPA 93x connect to our line and software?
It has RS-232, USB and Gigabit Ethernet data interfaces, 24V PNP signal inputs and outputs on M12 connectors, and an optional 8 IO board. We handle installation and integration with your line and label software.
Can the XPA 93x reduce ribbon use?
Yes. The optional Ribbon Save Function uses ribbon only where the label is printed, so rolls last longer and are changed less often.
Do you supply labels and ribbons and service the system?
Yes. We supply labels and wax, wax-resin and resin ribbons, and offer AMC and repair with PAN India support. The XPA 93x takes self-adhesive paper and film labels from 60 to 160 g/m².
