About the ZT111 Industrial Printer
The Zebra ZT111 is an entry-level 4-inch industrial label printer for businesses whose volumes have outgrown a desktop printer. It prints up to 10 ips at 203 dpi and 6 ips at 300 dpi, takes 450 m ribbons and large 203 mm media rolls, and suits warehouses, dispatch areas, retail back rooms and light manufacturing where labels are printed through the shift.
It has a metal frame with plastic enclosures, a three-button keypad with status icons, and USB, serial, Ethernet and USB Host as standard. 802.11ac Wi-Fi, a second Ethernet port, a peeler and a cutter can be added later. The ZT231 on our site adds a 4.3-inch colour touch screen, 12 ips speed and an RFID option.

What is the difference between the ZT111 and the ZT231?
The ZT111 prints up to 10 ips and uses a three-button keypad with plastic enclosures. The ZT231 prints up to 12 ips, has a 4.3-inch colour touch screen and metal enclosures, and offers an RFID kit.
Why choose the ZT111 over a desktop printer?
It takes 450 m ribbons and media rolls up to 203 mm in diameter. A 4-inch Zebra desktop printer such as the ZD421 takes 300 m ribbons and 127 mm rolls, so the ZT111 needs fewer roll changes.
Will the ZT111 work with our existing label formats?
It runs ZPL and EPL (EPL on 203 dpi models) and supports Printer Emulations for replacing some other brands without rewriting label formats. We set it up with your software during installation.
Do you supply labels and ribbons for the ZT111?
Yes. We supply paper, polyester and direct thermal labels and wax, wax-resin and resin ribbons, and offer AMC and repair, including printhead and platen roller replacement.
