About the TSC TTP 345
The TSC TTP 345 is a 4 inch desktop barcode label printer that prints at 300 dpi in thermal transfer and direct thermal modes. It prints up to 106 mm wide at up to 5 inches per second. The higher resolution gives sharper small text, small barcodes and logos, which suits product labels, compliance labels, specimen labels and small item marking in offices, labs, shops and warehouses.
It has a clamshell cover with a double-walled plastic enclosure, holds a 127 mm label roll inside and takes a 300 metre ribbon. USB 2.0, RS-232 and parallel ports are standard, with Ethernet as a factory option and Bluetooth as a user option. It is the 300 dpi model of the TSC TTP-247 series. For standard 203 dpi labels, the TTP 244 Pro and TE244 on our site are the simpler choices.

What is the difference between the TTP 345 and the TTP 244 Pro?
The TTP 345 prints at 300 dpi, while the TTP 244 Pro prints at 203 dpi. Both print at up to 5 ips, but the TTP 345 holds a larger 127 mm roll inside and has a parallel port as standard.
When should I choose a 300 dpi printer?
Choose 300 dpi when your labels are small or carry fine text, small barcodes or logos. For regular shipping and product labels, a 203 dpi printer is usually enough.
Will the TTP 345 work with our labelling software?
It comes with Windows labelling software and its TSPL-EZ firmware is compatible with EPL, ZPL and ZPL II. We can set it up with your existing software and label formats.
Can the TTP 345 cut or peel labels?
Yes, with options. A guillotine cutter for full or partial cuts and a peel-off module are available as dealer options.
Do you service the TTP 345 and supply ribbons for it?
Yes. We repair the printer, replace printheads and platen rollers and offer AMC. We also supply labels and wax, wax-resin and resin ribbons to suit it.
