Sophisticated TSC Sense Care
The TSC TPH Care Mechanism offers an advanced level of auto-detection ensuring real-time printhead health status, to monitor and prevent down. In addition, the MH241 series supports various media with a pre-printed black mark on top or bottom sides by user’s selection in the panel menu.
Dynamic Remote Printer Management
SOTI Connect and TSC Console provide enterprise remote printer management on multiple tasks to reduce maintenance costs and avoid downtime of business-critical devices.
Multi-Connectivity
The MH241 series offers GPIO to support common applicators and emulations along with an optional 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi with Bluetooth 4.2 combo module.
Highly Adaptable to Various Media
MH241 printers can adapt to various media lengths and widths. With accurate printing positioning, the MH241 and MH241T are capable of peeling off minimum of 0.5-inch labels in length. Additionally, the mechanism for fine adjustment to avoid ribbon wrinkles and ensures label print quality.
Brilliant User Experience
The MH241T and MH241P can easily adjust the media near-end sensor to detect the media and remind users to change the media roll on color GUI display (Media near the end). The MH241 series allows users to easily replace printhead and platen roller without the need for specific tools.

About the TSC MH241t
The TSC MH241T is a 4-inch industrial barcode label printer at 203 dpi, printing thermal transfer or direct thermal at up to 14 ips. It has a die-cast print mechanism and base with a bi-fold metal cover, takes 8 inch label rolls and 600 metre ribbons and has a 4.3 inch colour touch display. It suits production lines, warehouses and shipping areas that print labels in high volumes.
TSC Sense Care checks printhead health during printing, and the media sensor reads black marks on the top or bottom of the label. A media near-end sensor warns before the roll runs out, and the printhead and platen roller can be changed without special tools. The MH341T and MH641T are the 300 and 600 dpi versions, and the MB240T on this site suits lighter volumes.

What is the difference between the MH241 and the MH241T?
Both print at 203 dpi and 14 ips. The MH241 has a 3.5 inch colour display with buttons, while the MH241T has a 4.3 inch colour touchscreen and adds a media near-end sensor.
How does the MH241T relate to the older MH240T?
TSC lists the MH241 series as the replacement for the discontinued MH240 series. It adds features such as TSC Sense Care printhead checks, top or bottom black mark sensing and remote management through SOTI Connect and TSC Console.
Can the MH241T work with a label applicator or peel labels?
GPIO with a parallel port is available as a factory option for applicators. With the peel-off kit it can peel labels as short as 0.5 inch.
Will it print our ZPL or Datamax label formats?
Its TSPL-EZD language is compatible with EPL, ZPL, ZPL II and DPL, so formats written for Zebra or Datamax printers can often print as they are. We test your formats during setup.
Do you offer AMC and supply ribbons for the MH241T?
Yes. We offer AMC and repair, including printhead and platen roller replacement, and supply wax, wax-resin and resin ribbons with paper, polyester and direct thermal labels.
