About the PX65 Industrial Printer
The Honeywell PX65 is a 6-inch industrial label printer with an all-metal build, made for round-the-clock labelling in factories, warehouses and distribution centres. It prints up to 167.4 mm wide at 203 or 300 dpi, at 100 to 225 mm/s, and takes label rolls up to 213 mm in diameter. It suits wide carton and pallet labels, compliance labels and product labels that do not fit on a 4-inch printer.
Every PX65 comes with Ethernet, USB and RS-232, and it can switch between Honeywell and Intermec printer languages and ZPL-II emulation, so it fits into a mixed printer fleet. It can run standalone applications written in Fingerprint or C# and control scanners, scales and applicators directly. The printhead uses Honeywell's magnetic QuickMount design for quick replacement. Honeywell's PX45 is the 4-inch model of the same series.

When do we need a 6-inch printer like the PX65 instead of a 4-inch one?
When your labels are wider than about 104 mm, such as pallet labels, large carton labels or drum labels. The PX65 prints up to 167.4 mm wide on media from 76 mm to 170 mm.
Can the PX65 replace our Zebra printers without changing label formats?
It includes ZSim2, Honeywell's ZPL-II emulation, along with DPL and IPL, so it can usually take existing Zebra, Datamax and Intermec label formats. We check your formats during installation.
Does the PX65 work with SAP?
Yes. Honeywell supports XML-enabled printing for SAP AII and Oracle WMS, and provides Honeywell Device Types for SAP along with Windows and Linux drivers.
Is there an RFID version?
Yes. RFID is available as an option for UHF EPC Gen 2 tags. Availability depends on the region, so ask us when you request a quote.
Do you supply ribbons and labels and service the PX65?
Yes. We supply paper and polyester labels with wax, wax-resin and resin ribbons, and we provide AMC and repair including printhead and platen roller replacement, with PAN India support.
