TC22 / TC27
The Zebra TC22 and TC27 are rugged Android mobile computers in a smartphone-style body, with a 6-inch Full HD+ touch display and a built-in 1D/2D barcode scanner. They suit retail stores, warehouses, field sales and delivery teams who want a phone-sized device that can scan all day and survive drops, rain and dust. The two models are the same device with one difference: the TC22 is Wi-Fi only, while the TC27 adds 4G and 5G cellular data and voice.

About the TC22 / TC27
Choose the TC22 if your staff work inside a store, warehouse or plant with Wi-Fi coverage. Choose the TC27 if they work on the road, at customer sites or in yards where there is no Wi-Fi; it takes a nano SIM plus an eSIM and adds GPS. Compared with the older TC26 on this site, the TC22/TC27 has a larger 6-inch screen, Wi-Fi 6E and an IP68 rating, and it can be ordered with the SE55 advanced range scan engine.

What is the difference between the TC22 and TC27?
They are the same device apart from connectivity. The TC22 connects over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth only. The TC27 adds 4G/5G cellular data and voice with a nano SIM and eSIM, plus GPS, so it works away from Wi-Fi.
How is the TC22/TC27 different from the TC26?
The TC22/TC27 is the newer generation. It has a 6-inch Full HD+ display, a faster Qualcomm 5430 processor, more memory, Wi-Fi 6E and IP68 sealing, and it offers the SE55 advanced range scan engine as an option.
Can the TC22/TC27 run our warehouse or ERP app?
Yes, if the app runs on Android or through a browser. The TC22/TC27 runs Android, and scanned data can be sent into the app as keyboard input, so most Android WMS, ERP and inventory apps work with it.
Is the TC22/TC27 rugged enough for outdoor work?
It is sealed to IP68 and IP65 and is rated for multiple 1.5 m drops to concrete with its protective boot. It operates from -10°C to 50°C.
Can you set up the devices with our software?
