About the PS20Plus Handheld Computer
The Zebra PS20 is a handheld Android device with a built-in handle and scan button, made for large retail stores. Shoppers use it for self-scanning, price checks and product information, and staff use the same device for click and collect picking, stock lookups, replenishment and returns. The Plus configuration adds the SE4710 imager with Digimarc support, a front 5 MP camera and motion and proximity sensors.
The PS20 has a 4.0-inch touchscreen, a Snapdragon 660 processor and a 3500 mAh PowerPrecision+ battery, and it supports locationing through Visible Light Communication, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. The base model uses the simpler SE2100 imager without the front camera. Unlike the TC22/TC27 or TC53/TC58 on this site, which are pocket devices for staff, the PS20 is built around a handle for shoppers as well as associates.

Is the PS20 still sold by Zebra?
No. Zebra's support page shows a last sale date of 15 April 2025 and a service and support discontinuation date of 30 June 2030. Zebra lists the PS30 as the replacement. Contact us for service on existing PS20 devices or a quote on a current model.
What does the Plus configuration add over the base PS20?
The Plus model has the SE4710 imager with Digimarc support instead of the SE2100, a 5 MP front camera, a microphone and motion and proximity sensors.
Can the PS20 run our store's self-scanning app?
It runs Android, so a self-scanning or store app built for Android can run on it. Scanned barcodes are passed to the app. We can help set the devices up with your software.
Can store staff and shoppers use the same PS20 devices?
Yes. Zebra designed the PS20 for both uses: shopper tasks such as self-checkout and price checks, and staff tasks such as order picking, put-away and returns.
Do you provide service for PS20 devices?
Yes. We provide repair and service and AMC for mobile computers, with PAN India support.
