Zebra ZD621
The Zebra ZD621 is a 4-inch desktop label printer from Zebra's ZD600 Series, printing up to 8 ips at 203 dpi, with 300 dpi as an option. It is available in direct thermal and thermal transfer models, and in healthcare and RFID versions. It suits busy retail, healthcare, logistics and light manufacturing desks where a desktop printer has to run long hours.

About the Zebra ZD621
Every ZD621 has Ethernet, serial, USB and USB Host as standard, and the thermal transfer model has a media dancer for print quality. An optional 4.3-inch colour touch display shows status and setup menus. Compared with the ZD421, it is faster and better connected out of the box. The ZD620 on our site offers the same 8 ips speed with an optional colour LCD and button interface.

How is the ZD621 different from the ZD421?
The ZD621 prints up to 8 ips at 203 dpi against 6 ips on the ZD421, and it has Ethernet and serial as standard. It also offers an optional 4.3-inch colour touch display and a media dancer on the thermal transfer model.
Is there an RFID version of the ZD621?
Yes. Zebra offers the ZD621 in an RFID model that encodes UHF RFID labels. Tell us your tag type and application and we can advise.
Does the ZD621 work with our ERP or WMS?
It supports ZPL and EPL and can emulate some other printer languages, so it usually fits into existing label formats. We can set it up with your software during installation.
Is the ZD621 suitable for hospitals?
Zebra makes healthcare models of the ZD621 with disinfectant-ready plastics, a sealed button interface and an IEC 60601-1 certified power supply, for specimen, prescription and wristband labels.
Can you supply ribbons and labels and maintain the printer?
Yes. We supply paper, polyester and direct thermal labels with wax, wax-resin and resin ribbons, and we offer repair, printhead and platen roller replacement and AMC with PAN India support.
