TSC MB240T
The TSC MB240T is a compact light industrial barcode label printer with a 4 inch print width, 203 dpi resolution and print speeds up to 10 inches per second. It has a metal cover, a die-cast print mechanism and a 3.5 inch colour touch display. It suits manufacturing, warehouses and dispatch areas that print more labels than a desktop printer can handle, such as work in process, packing, shipping and inventory labels.

About the TSC MB240T
It holds 8 inch label rolls and 450 metre ribbons, so it needs fewer roll and ribbon changes than the desktop TTP 244 Pro and TE244. USB, RS-232, Ethernet and a USB host port are standard, with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPIO as options. Peel-off, rewinder and cutter kits are available, and its TSPL-EZD firmware is compatible with EPL, ZPL, ZPL II and DPL. The MB340T is the 300 dpi version.

How is the MB240T different from a desktop printer like the TTP 244 Pro?
The MB240T has a metal cover and die-cast print mechanism, prints at up to 10 ips against 5 ips and holds 8 inch label rolls and 450 metre ribbons. It also has Ethernet built in and a colour touch display.
Is there a 300 dpi version of the MB240T?
Yes. The MB340T is the 300 dpi model of the same series. It prints at up to 7 ips and suits smaller labels with fine text or barcodes.
Can the MB240T be shared over our network?
Yes. Internal Ethernet is standard, so it can be shared by several PCs on the network. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules are available as options.
Will the MB240T work with our ERP or WMS label formats?
Its TSPL-EZD firmware is compatible with EPL, ZPL, ZPL II and DPL, so it can often print formats written for other printer brands. We can set it up with your software and test your label formats.
Do you offer AMC and printhead replacement for the MB240T?
Yes. We offer AMC and repair, including printhead and platen roller replacement. We also supply labels and wax, wax-resin and resin ribbons for it.
