About the Honeywell E-Class Mark III
The Honeywell E-Class Mark III is a compact 4-inch desktop barcode printer from the former Datamax-O'Neil range. It prints by direct thermal, with thermal transfer as an option, at 203 dpi or optionally 300 dpi, on labels and tags 19 mm to 112 mm wide. It suits shops, small warehouses, dispatch desks and offices that print moderate volumes of product, shipping and asset labels.
It comes in three models, Basic, Advanced and Professional, so buyers can pick the ports and features they need. It takes 127 mm media rolls and standard ribbons on a 25 mm core, which Honeywell says reduces running costs compared with smaller desktop ribbons. It can emulate Zebra, Intermec, Eltron and Boca printer languages, which makes it a simple replacement for another brand's desktop printer. Options include a cutter, a label peeler and a battery pack.

What is the difference between the Basic, Advanced and Professional models?
The Basic model has serial and USB ports. The Advanced adds parallel and Ethernet ports. The Professional adds USB Host and is the only model that takes the Wi-Fi or Bluetooth option.
Will the E-Class Mark III print our Zebra label formats?
It can emulate Zebra (PL-Z), Intermec (PL-I), Eltron (PL-E) and Boca (PL-B) printer languages, which helps when it replaces another brand. We can check your label formats and set it up with your software.
Can it print on thermal transfer labels?
Yes, with the thermal transfer option fitted. Without it, the printer works in direct thermal mode and needs direct thermal labels.
Can a cutter or peeler be added?
A cutter and a label peeler are available as options, but the cutter is not offered on the Basic model.
Do you supply labels and ribbons and service the E-Class?
Yes. We supply paper, polyester and direct thermal labels with wax, wax-resin and resin ribbons, and we provide AMC and repair including printhead and platen roller replacement, with PAN India support.
