About the 15.6 Industrial Panel PC
This 15.6-inch industrial panel PC is Portwell's PW-PPC-156-i5-12: a Windows computer built into a Full HD touch screen, made to be mounted in a machine panel or cabinet door or on a VESA mount. It runs a 12th generation Intel Core i5 processor with 16 GB RAM and a 512 GB SSD. It suits production lines, packing stations and warehouses where a PC has to sit close to the work.
The front panel is sealed to IP65 against dust and water splashes, the aluminium alloy casing is 57 mm deep, and it runs on 12V DC. The projected capacitive touch screen shows 1920 x 1080 at 350 cd/m², with a backlight life of up to 50,000 hours. It has two RS-232 ports, four USB ports and Gigabit LAN for devices such as barcode scanners and label printers.

How can the panel PC be mounted?
Portwell supports panel embedded and standard VESA mounting, and lists panel, wall and rack mounting for this model. Tell us where it will be installed and we will suggest the mounting.
Will our software run on it?
It runs Windows 10 Pro or Windows IoT, so Windows applications such as label design software or ERP clients can be installed as on a normal PC. We can set it up with your software.
Can it be used in dusty or wet areas?
Portwell rates the front panel to IP65 against dust and water splashes. The rating is given for the front panel only, so tell us about the site and we will advise on installation.
Can we connect barcode scanners and label printers to it?
Yes. It has four USB ports, two RS-232 serial ports and Gigabit LAN, which cover USB and serial scanners and USB or network label printers.
Do you install panel PCs and support them?
Yes. We supply and install the panel PC, set it up with your software and offer AMC and repair with PAN India support.
