TC77 Mobile Computer Series
The Zebra TC77 is an ultra-rugged Android touch computer with 4G LTE, a 4.7-inch HD display and a built-in 1D/2D imager. It suits field service, delivery, utility and public sector teams that need calls, data and scanning in one device that can handle rain, dust and repeated drops. The TC72 is the Wi-Fi only version for use inside a warehouse or plant.

About the TC77 Mobile Computer Series
It survives 2.4 m drops to concrete at room temperature and 2,000 one-metre tumbles, is IP65 and IP68 sealed, and has a 4620 mAh battery. The TC77 takes two nano SIM cards. Ask Us a QuestionIs the TC77 still sold by Zebra?
No. Zebra's support page shows a last sale date of 31 October 2025 and a service and support discontinuation date of 31 December 2030. Zebra lists the TC73 as the replacement. Contact us for service on existing TC77 devices or a quote on a current model.
What is the difference between the TC72 and TC77?
The TC72 is Wi-Fi only. The TC77 adds 4G LTE voice and data, two nano SIM slots, GPS and a pressure sensor, for staff who work away from the site network.
What is the difference between the TC77 and TC57?
Both have LTE and a built-in imager. The TC77 is the heavier, tougher device, with 2.4 m drop and 2,000-tumble ratings and a larger 4620 mAh battery. The TC57 is lighter and slimmer with a 5-inch screen.
Can the TC77 be used in a hazardous area?
No, the standard TC77 is not certified for hazardous areas. For ATEX/IECEx Zone 2/22, BARTEC makes the TC77ex-NI, which is listed separately on this site.
Do you repair TC77 devices?
