About the Honeywell EDA71
The Honeywell ScanPal EDA71 is a 7 inch Android enterprise tablet with a built-in 1D/2D barcode imager. Honeywell positions it for retail, grocery, direct store delivery, field service, transportation and logistics, where a larger screen than a handheld is useful. Typical uses include line busting in a store, merchandising on delivery routes, stock taking in a convenience store and giving field technicians access to repair history.
It runs on a 1.8 GHz Qualcomm SDM450 octa-core processor with 2 GB or 4 GB RAM, and has a 13 megapixel autofocus camera. It is sealed to IP64 and rated for 1.2 m drops to concrete, and an 8850 mAh extended battery is available. The EDA71 is an update of the EDA70 and works with its accessories.
