The Honeywell CN80 is an ultra-rugged Android mobile computer that combines a 4.2 inch touchscreen with a physical keypad, either 23-key numeric or 40-key QWERTY. It suits warehouses, cold storage, logistics and field teams that still run key-driven applications such as terminal emulation while moving to touch-based Android apps. It is built on Honeywell's Mobility Edge platform and is validated by Android Enterprise Recommended.

About the Honeywell CN80
It is rated for 3 m drops to concrete at room temperature and over 2,000 tumbles, is certified to IP65 and IP67, and runs on a 5800 mAh battery. The EX20 near/far imager reads barcodes from 0.15 m to 15.2 m. Cold storage and non-incendive versions are available. Compared with the Honeywell CK65 on this site, the CN80 has a larger 4.2 inch screen and a shorter body, while the CK65 offers more keypad layouts, a bigger battery and a longer scan range.

What is the difference between the CN80 and the CK65?
Both are ultra-rugged Android keypad devices on Honeywell's Mobility Edge platform. The CN80 has a 4.2 inch screen and a 23-key or 40-key keypad. The CK65 has a 4 inch screen, five keypad layouts, a 7,000 mAh battery, IP68 sealing and a FlexRange XLR imager that reads up to 24.3 m.
Can the CN80 run our green-screen WMS?
Yes. Honeywell lists a terminal emulator and an enterprise browser among the CN80 software, and the physical keypad suits key-driven screens.
Can the CN80 be used in cold storage?
Yes, the cold storage unit operates from -30°C to 50°C. The standard unit operates from -20°C to 50°C.
How far away can the CN80 scan a barcode?
With the EX20 near/far imager it reads barcodes from 0.15 m to 15.2 m (6 in to 50 ft), which covers most rack and pallet labels.
