About the Honeywell CK65
The Honeywell CK65 is an ultra-rugged Android mobile computer with a 4 inch touchscreen and a physical keypad, built for distribution centres and manufacturing. It suits order picking, putaway, receiving and replenishment, where users work a full shift and often need hard keys. Keypads come in five layouts: 51 or 53-key alphanumeric, 38 or 42-key numeric function and a 30-key large numeric keypad.
Its 7,000 mAh battery is rated for up to 28 hours of operation. It handles 3 m drops to concrete at room temperature and 3,000 tumbles, and is certified to IP65 and IP68. With the FlexRange XLR imager it reads barcodes from 7.6 cm to 24.3 m. Cold storage and non-incendive/ATEX models are available. Compared with the Honeywell CN80 on this site, the CK65 has more keypad options, a bigger battery and a longer scan range, while the CN80 has a larger 4.2 inch screen.

What is the difference between the CK65 and the CN80?
The CK65 has five keypad layouts, a 7,000 mAh battery rated for 28 hours, IP68 sealing and the FlexRange XLR imager. The CN80 has a larger 4.2 inch screen, a 23-key numeric or 40-key QWERTY keypad and a 5800 mAh battery.
Can the CK65 read barcodes on high racks?
Yes. The FlexRange XLR imager reads from 7.6 cm (3 in) up to 24.3 m (80 ft), so one device can scan items in hand and labels high on the rack.
Is there a CK65 for freezers or hazardous areas?
Yes. The cold storage model operates down to -30°C, and Honeywell offers non-incendive (Class I Division 2) and ATEX models for areas with hazardous gases.
How much memory do we need for newer Android versions?
Honeywell recommends 4 GB RAM for Android 11 or later. The 2 GB models are only provided with Android 10.
Do you provide AMC and repair for CK65 devices?
Yes. We offer AMC, repair and service and PAN India support, and can set up devices with your WMS or ERP apps.
