About the Newland HR32 Wireless Scanner
The Newland HR32 Marlin Bluetooth is the cordless version of the HR32 Marlin, a handheld 1D/2D scanner with a 1280 x 800 megapixel sensor. It comes with a charging cradle that also acts as the Bluetooth base, and it reads long or truncated 1D codes as well as QR Code, Data Matrix, PDF417 and other 2D codes. It suits stores, pharmacies and dispatch areas where staff scan items that cannot be brought to the counter.
Its Bluetooth 5.0 radio reaches 50 m or more in open line of sight, and up to seven scanners can pair with one base. When out of range it stores up to 15,000 codes and uploads them later, so it also works for stock counts. Newland rates the 2400 mAh battery at 12 hours or more of continuous use. The HR32 Wired Scanner on this site is the corded version for fixed counters.
Best For
- Scanning heavy items in trolleys and on shelves
