About the Honeywell Granit 1991iSR
The Honeywell Granit 1991iSR is a cordless, ultra-rugged handheld area-imaging scanner that connects over Bluetooth. It reads 1D and 2D barcodes at standard range and is meant for warehouses, loading docks and production areas where staff walk away from the computer to scan cartons, pallets and parts. Honeywell's current version is sold as the Granit XP 1991iSR, and it is designed to read damaged and poorly printed labels.
It has the same 3 m drop, 7,000 tumble and IP67 ratings as the corded Granit 1990iSR, plus a Class 1 Bluetooth v4.2 radio rated up to 100 m line of sight. Honeywell rates the 2450 mAh battery at up to 50,000 scans per charge, or 14 hours at one scan per second. Choose the corded 1990iSR when the scanner stays at a fixed workstation and a cable is not a problem.
